What Doesn’t Qualify for Return or Refund:

Refunds cannot be granted for returns based solely on personal taste preferences or batch-to-batch variations, aligning with our existing policies (FDA Guidelines on Food Labeling, 2020). Additionally, products must be returned, inspected, and in resellable condition to qualify for a refund.

Time-Sensitive Return Procedures:

To be eligible for a refund or credit, kindly return your purchase within 30 days of the original transaction. Custom orders and items with special packaging are not eligible for returns.
