DMCA Compliance Statement

Padmura has agreed to process takedown requests according to the statement below Padmura Copyright Infringement Removal Policy and Procedure

The subsequent policy outlines Padmura's approach to dealing with potential copyright infringements. This policy operates in conjunction with but does not supersede Padmura's Terms of Use (TOU) or any other Policies published on this or any other Padmura-owned site. It does not modify any obligations under the copyright laws of the country where Padmura is registered.

This policy provides a concise guide for executing Copyright Infringement (DMCA) Takedowns for this website.

Upon receiving a properly formatted notice, Padmura adheres to the following procedure to address alleged copyright infringement. Content identified as infringing will be removed from the Padmura website, or its removal will be requested from a third party. Repeat infringers' access to our services will be restricted to the extent possible. Copyright infringement claims are processed in accordance with the laws of Padmura's jurisdiction, as detailed in the website's TOU or any other referenced or published terms.

Padmura will also address copyright infringement claims upon receipt of a correctly formatted written notification. Specifically, Padmura will:

  • Swiftly remove or disable access to the alleged infringing Content.
  • Forward the written notice to the alleged infringer.
  • Notify the Content provider promptly about removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing Content.

If you believe your work has been infringed upon or your intellectual property rights violated on this website, and you want Padmura to remove the offending Content, you must provide written notice of the alleged infringement. This notice should include the following information (please consult a legal professional or refer to the DMCA Act to confirm these requirements):

  • An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work(s) allegedly infringed. If multiple works are involved in a single notification, provide a representative list.
  • Detailed information on where the allegedly infringing material is located on the website and/or Padmura network, including the relevant URL.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the notice's information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on their behalf.

IMPORTANT: This information is provided exclusively to notify Padmura or our designated contact/agent of potential copyright infringement of your material. Please do not send unrelated inquiries (e.g., technical assistance, customer service, or email abuse reports) to the listed contact. Such inquiries will not be responded to. Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the Federal Law, knowingly misrepresenting online material as infringing may lead to substantial civil penalties, including monetary damages, court costs, and attorneys' fees incurred by us, any copyright owner, or any copyright owner's licensee that is harmed due to reliance on your misrepresentation. Furthermore, you may face criminal prosecution for perjury.

By submitting materials and other information to public areas of our Service (e.g., bulletin boards, forums, comments, reviews, and chats), you grant Padmura a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license with sublicensing rights to reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works of, publicly display, and publicly perform these submissions. This applies to all current and future media forms.
